The Ministry of Social Security has launched Import@ss, a new personal portal where workers can consult their contributions and working life, as well as check their working days and salaries or carry out procedures such as registering a domestic worker.
Launched a week ago, there are several alternatives for accessing your own profile on the website: via SMS, which will require the Social Security to have your phone number beforehand; with a permanent password if you are already a user; with a pin code – it will redirect you to the Tax Agency – or with a digital certificate. The Social Security has created a guide so as not to get lost in the different ways of accessing, which can be accessed from this link.

Once inside the portal, at the top of the page, you will be informed of notices and whether you are registered with the Social Security. If you are, you can see your employment relationship with the company. Here you will find details of the type of regime under which you are employed, since when, the type of contract and working day, the contribution group, the collective bargaining agreement that applies and the insurance company. You can also consult the contribution base -gross salary- month by month and year by year.
In “Your working life”, the person concerned will be informed of the number of days they have been registered in the system and how many in different companies or schemes at the same time. It will detail the companies in which they have been registered, with the days contributed, or the unemployment benefits received. The summary can be downloaded in PDF format and, in the event of errors, it can be reported for rectification.

In “Work life and reports” you can obtain reports such as the worker’s current situation report, which may be required in other Social Security procedures, the contribution bases report or simply consult the Social Security number or obtain accreditation that you have never been registered.
En el apartado “Tus documentos” se pueden consultar todos aquellos trámites y actividades que se hayan realizado con la Tesorería General de la Seguridad Social.
Under “registrations, cancellations and modifications”, changes in the self-employed or domestic employment scheme are shown.
Finally, in the “payments and debts” tab, you can consult outstanding payments or request a certificate that you are up to date with your payments.
